Psalms Law Office specialises in Family and Property Law. Eva Kuo, the Director of Psalms Law is originally from Taiwan. She is fluent in Mandarin.
Eva has over 17 years of legal experience and worked in a reputable law firm before establishing Psalms Law Office. She is a member of the Law Society Family Law and Property Law sections.
Eva is a Legal Aid (Family) lead provider and Family Legal Advice Service (FLAS) provider. She has been a volunteer lawyer at Citizens Advice Bureau for over 17 years and a member of a methodist church.

Relationship property – contracting out agreement (pre-nup), section 21A settlement agreement, and applying or defending an application under the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.
Protection Order – applying or defending an application under the Family Violence Act 2018.
Spousal maintenance – applying or defending an application under the Family Proceedings Act 1980.
Parenting and/or guardianship applications under the Care of Children Act 2004 – day-to-day care, contact, schooling, Order preventing removal from New Zealand, and relocation.
Dissolution of Marriage or Civil Union.
